Tal Rabinowitz
Tal Rabinowitz is founder & CEO of DEN Meditation and host of DENtalks Podcast. She knows a thing or two about the importance of maintaining perspective, finding clarity, and staying true to one’s heart when handling a chaotic life. After leaving her job as Executive VP of Comedy Development at NBC, the nearly 20 year entertainment industry executive created the DEN Meditation in Los Angeles, in hopes of giving people a comfortable, no-pressure environment where they can meditate. Tal has been featured on the cover of MINDFUL Magazine, and the DEN has been featured in both the LA and NY Times, Cosmopolitan, MindBodyGreen, Well + Good, Harpers Bazaar, Bustle, Pop Sugar and many more. Continually trying to help people grow and evolve, Tal teaches Kundalini Yoga & Meditation and is certified KRI Level 1 where she was unbelievably fortunate to be trained under the following masters: Guru Jas of White Sun, Tej Khalsa, Guru Jagat, and Harijiwan.

Heather Prete
Heather Prete is a UCLA certified Mindfulness facilitator, Self-Compassion teacher, and Mindfulness in Recovery coach. She began her formal training with Tibetan Compassion practices in 1998 and has received instruction in the U.S. and Asia. Heather spent time training PhDs at the Tarzana Treatment center and working as a guiding teacher for Mindful School’s online adult courses (which were featured in Time magazine’s cover story, “The Mindful Revolution”). She also worked with those in recovery at Alternatives Treatment Center, Westside Treatment, and BLVD Centers. Heather also spent 20 years in the theater. She is published in the book Remembering Arthur Miller and has been featured in The Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times, Time magazine, and Times of India. Since mindfulness transformed her own creative process, she’s worked with actors through the Khan Institute to teach her program, “Mindfulness for the Actor.” Since 2000, Heather has remained committed to yearly retreats ranging from seven to 30 days in length and has completed three teacher trainings.

Jayson Moton
Jay is originally from Frankfurt, Germany and started his yogic path in 2008 by extensively studying the practice of Kundalini Yoga, which is considered the most comprehensive of all yogas and is called “Yoga of Awareness”. He was trained by Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan and Gurushabd (Goldenbridge Yoga, Hollywood) which are the most influential Kundalini Yoga Masters in the world to date. As a certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher he currently gives classes at the exclusive Jonathan Club, Nine Treasures Yoga and private one-on-one and group sessions throughout Los Angeles. His heart warming and uplifting classes encourage students to rediscover their own inner power, mental strength and self-awareness while releasing and healing deep seeded blocks and unwanted stress.

Ceri Bethan
Ceri has been a devoted practitioner in mindfulness for over a decade. Passionate about helping people fully inhabit their truest selves, she completed the Den 400 hour Teacher Training in early 2018. Ceri is also a certified Reiki practitioner, a certified Mindfulness instructor, and a Guided Imagery Specialist for children. Ceri is committed to helping students cultivate present moment awareness in order to live life more fully, and to fully embrace their inner worth. She continues to deepen her own studies with intensive retreats and courses.

Sharon Brock
Sharon Brock is an LA-based, certified Mindfulness Facilitator, trained at the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. She is also a trained teacher of UCSD’s research-based course: Mindful Self Compassion. Sharon studied Biopsychology as an undergrad at UCSB, and has two master’s degrees in Education (UCSB) and Journalism (Columbia University). She is also the author of the book The LOVEE Method: 5 Mindful Steps to Emotional Resilience, launching Spring 2021, where she shares how her mindfulness practice helped her to overcome a life-threatening health crisis. Combining Eastern yoga and meditation philosophies with Western neuroscience and biopsychology research, Sharon teaches mindfulness from the intersection of science and spirituality. Sharon teaches mindfulness courses online, at corporations and meditation studios, and with private clients as a mindfulness coach.

Kathryn Schiff
Kathryn Schiff is an Intuitive Teacher, Energy Healer, Clairvoyant, Spiritual Minister and Guide. She did her training at Center For Inner Truth in Santa Fe, New Mexico and founded School of Intuitive Greater Healing. She has been teaching with The DEN Meditation in Los Angeles since its opening. Kathryn practices a unique method that psychically looks at a client’s growth cycles and life path. She facilitates healing on the chakras and aura. This helps release energetic stagnation, attachments, outdated or negative belief patterns, other people’s energy, dis-ease, fear and other emotions that keep one from healing and manifesting their highest potential. Manna Dabholkar
Manna Dabholkar is a spiritual guide and life coach who empowers you to explore your higher spiritual self, encouraging you to seek the answers that lay within you to build the life of your choosing. Building and running humanitarian organizations for more than a decade, Manna understood that her path in life is to empower people, helping and guiding them to self-discovery, helping them take their power back, defining their own boundaries, and living a life of fulfillment and spiritual contentment. She guides Psychic Intuitive Meditation at Shambala Intuitive Healing, CHIT, Bodhgaya Institute of Consciousness Studies and often teaches as a guest at the DEN. Sean Willard
Sean Willard, BS, MATCM, LAc., has an eclectic background in the healing arts that he has been cultivating since 2010. Through his studies of Kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and his personal practices of Qigong, Yoga, and Energetic Healing – Sean brings a holistic toolkit to his approach of life. As a practitioner who observes the body in all of its forms: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual; he taps into and harnesses your own innate healing abilities in order to bring about transformative shifts in your day-to-day and lifelong journey. Sean is on his own unique voyage of self-evolution, as he is currently working on his Masters of Divinity at the University of Chicago, while seeking training to become a board-certified Chaplain. This amalgamation of educational and spiritual growth, has granted Sean the ability to meet people where they are at and provide a sense of peace and harmony. He is an intuitive, deep listening, and compassionate being who strives to foster spaces centered around care, love, and connection.

Rose Theodora
Through her depth of spiritual knowledge, Neuroscience background, and innovative approach to astrology, Rose Theodora has lead and curated transformative experiences related to the astrological landscape for companies such as Cartier, Addidas, Fender Guitars, Estee Lauder, and Dove. As a counseling Astrologer, in her private practice, Rose has counseled and supported more than 3,000 individuals. Rose launched the first-ever Color Astrology studio in Los Angels, and was the first celebrity astrology expert for the E! Style Collective team. She also launched E! Jeanne Heileman
Jeanne Heileman, MA, 500-ERYT, was introduced to yoga as a dancer and actress. Facing ongoing pain from scoliosis, yoga provided tools for physical realignment and acceptance of difficulties. She has studied extensively in the styles of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, ParaYoga, Vini, and Tantra Yoga; each adding a new perspective and insight to the practice. In her quest for a deeper and meaningful connection to all that yoga has to offer, she began studying meditation, initially in the Buddhist tradition and eventually on the Tantric path. Her main teachers are Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, the spiritual leader for the Himalayan Institute under Swami Rama and the living lineage of Sri Vidya; and Sally Kempton, a teacher from the Kashmir Shaivism lineage.
Jeanne has been a dedicated meditator since 2001 and has spent months in India on pilgrimages dedicated to her practice. Jeanne teaches with sensitivity, generosity of spirit, and a good dose of humor. A safe haven is created for students to dive deep, find their edge, and transform. She specializes in discovering the needs of an individual and gently guiding each student to their own grace and balance. Founder of Tantra Flow Yoga™, Jeanne brings together over 35 years of practice and over 24 years of teaching experience into a style of yoga inclusive of asana, Ayurveda, mindfulness, with the added focus of one’s radiant energy.

Sophia Knapp
Sophia Knapp is a musician and natural Clairvoyant dedicated to helping people switch on the magic in their lives through the Esoteric arts and world of Tarot. She’s a native Californian, and her psychic lineage traces back to 19th century Sweden. Danika Solé
Danika was introduced to Reiki at a very young age by her mother who was a Reiki Master. Spirit medicine and meditation were woven into her consciousness from the very beginning. Danika went on to become a Reiki Master herself as well as a teacher, sound healer, certified meditation guide, and yoga instructor. She uses her lifetime of personal experience, paired with her training and background in the healing arts, to share the gift of energy medicine. “Heal yourself, heal the world,” she believes.

Courtney Jolander
Courtney Jolander started teaching Breathwork during her travels in SE Asia in countries such as Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, and the Philippines. After being a student of the practice for several years and experiencing deep self-transformation and growth, she felt it was time to help guide others on their own personal healing journeys. Her purpose is to inspire people to connect with their bodies, tune into their souls, and take the time to refresh their lens so they can fully soak in the beauty in and around them – no matter where they are in life.

Vanessa Rezende
Vanessa Rezende (RYT-500) is a certified LA-based yoga instructor who discovered her passion for teaching mindfulness after going through a career transition. Shortly after graduating from Law School, she was formally introduced to mindfulness while attending a Zen Buddhist Center in Brazil. Wishing to better cope with stress and anxiety, she began studying and practicing zazen, a Japanese meditative discipline that originated from the Buddhist tradition. After moving to Southern California and devoting herself to studying the yoga discipline and philosophy, she became inspired to serve her community in a new role. She received both her 200h and 300h Teacher Training certifications from Yoga Salt, studying under the mentorship of Tamal Dodge. Continuing education hours include Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, Meditation & Neuroscience Teacher Training, under Alex Nashton. Her classes incorporate Sound Healing using crystal singing bowls and other unique instruments to provide the students with a well-rounded and profoundly relaxing experience. Her purpose is to empower students by sharing mindfulness practices to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual health, allowing practitioners to thrive on and off the mat.

Kait Boehm
Kait Boehm is an Energy Healer, Soul Coach and Messenger of Love that has dedicated her life to empowering others to reconnect to their authenticity to live the life they so longingly desire. She does this through Meditative Soundbaths, Akashic Record readings, Transformational Soul Coaching, Plant Medicine Ceremonies and Retreats in Tulum, Mexico. Helen Denham (De·nim) is an Empowerment Mentor, Behavior Change Specialist, Reiki II Healer, and public speaker. Her mission now is to embolden her community to design the lives they truly desire through mindfulness practices, energetic healing, and clear intention.
An advocate for empowering women & girls, Helen previously served as the chair of UN Women’s YP Committee in NYC and has hosted multiple fundraisers to directly aid our sisters across the globe. Helen also hosts the ‘Lifted’ podcast – a space to explore consciousness, holistic healing, and becoming the best versions of ourselves (episodes drop every Wednesday). Jeroen De Wit
Jeroen de Wit holds a BA in Art Therapy and an MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. He is a certified practitioner of Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, EMF Balancing Technique, Quantum Touch, and Dolores Cannon QHHT. Jeroen was trained by Dolores Cannon in 2006 and has regressed hundreds of people since. His work is featured in the Hay House book The Boy Who Knew Too Much by Cathy Byrd.
